Our fast growing move management company is looking to hire additional Move Managers/Packers and Art and Antique/Household Movers.
Full Time Administrative Assistant
Willow Transitions is hiring a Full time Administrative Assistant for general office duties.
Candidate must possess strong communication skills, verbal and written, as well as a pleasant telephone demeanor. Will be responsible for answering phone, emails, scheduling estimates and moves, and all paperwork. This requires a very detail oriented person and very self-motivated.
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (word, excel), email, Google calendar and drive, and QuickBooks are required. Applicants should be comfortable with a small office environment and be willing to wear many hats. Background with art and antiques helpful.
We offer Health insurance, dental and 401k. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Move Managers/Packers
This Move Management position will work directly with clients to help sort, donate, and discard items before a move. They will also help pack and unpack and help settle in at the new residence. This position is a very detail oriented position. Even though this position is not an actual mover, must be able to lift things over 35 lbs., the work is very physical.
You must have your own transportation and be available to work three consecutive weekdays between the hours of 9 and 5. Depending on our schedule and where you live, you will normally work between 8 and 20 hours per week, this starts as a part-time with potential for full-time work if desired.
Position may include:
- Conduct initial client consultation and assessment to understand the client’s relocation goals and expectations
- Prepare and present a customized action plan and timeline for the move, taking into consideration the scope of work and the client’s unique needs, challenges and goals
- Oversee and manage the entire relocation project
- Coordinate all vendors, contractors and service professionals involved in the moving process: movers, building management, auction houses, insurance company, decorators, etc.
- Sort, edit, organize, photograph and inventory belongings
- Manage the disposition and allocation of possessions to appropriate parties, whether for storage, donation, sale or disposal
- Supervise the packing and move
- Supervise the unpacking, furniture placement and assembly
- Set-up and organize new home or office
- Provide finishing touches: shopping for household items, trash removal, oversee handyman services, hanging art, etc.
- Professional organizing and move management require physical and mental stamina. Candidates must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly, climb stairs, use a step stool or ladder,
- Project locations and work hours will vary depending on the projects.
- Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule with varying work hours.

Art/Antique and Household Movers
We are looking for Movers and drivers, if you have experience and can run a team of movers, can work in high-end apartments and thrive on being given responsibility and would like to be compensated accordingly, then contact us for an interview.
Our growing moving company is looking for both experienced driver/foreman and movers. We are seeking motivated, responsible individuals with a take charge attitude for both full time and part time positions.
Job requirements: Valid Drivers License, and own transportation to and from work and must be able to lift 50+ pounds, with a clean background check.
