Willow Transitions has been managing moves for our clients for over 20 Years. We specialize in customizing and organizing every detail that comes with moving and downsizing, so you and your family can focus on what really matters.  We understand that everyone has a different story and situation and we take great pride in working with you to take the stress out of moving and/or clearing an estate.

If there are items that you no longer need or want of value, we will work to get them appraised and sold, though our very own  auction house.

Appraisals– You and your family have spent a lifetime collecting and cherishing all the items that make up your home. Knowing the value of your estate is beneficial to protecting and sharing what you have come to love. Willow will get your estate appraised, so you will be able to fully insure and protect your belongings.

De-clutter – Willow will help you decide what items you truly need and what items are actually just clutter.  So many people spend needless amounts of money moving items they don’t like or feel they “should” keep for some reason whether sentimental or just habit.

Digital Catalogue and Inventory – We offer a state of art digital inventory and cataloging of your belongings before, during, and after your move. Digital inventories are essential to keeping your estate fully insured in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Floor Plans – We can help design a floor plan with all the furniture and items you really love and help you remove the items that are not needed in your new home by re-selling or donating. It is also very important for us to make sure that we are able to mimic a familiar floor plan, when we are transitioning seniors into a new space.

Packing/Unpacking – Let us handle all the packing and unpacking, ensuring all your treasured items are transported safely, so you can focus on living and enjoying your life rather than months of turmoil packing, living out of boxes, unpacking, and trying to locate misplaced items.

Staging – Let us help prepare your home for market. By removing un-needed items, defining spaces, arranging furniture and decorative objects in an appealing way, we can increase the speed of your homes sale. The sooner you are able to sell your home the sooner you will be unburdened by property taxes and utility bills.

Cleanouts/Buyouts – We specialize in working with years of multi-generational accumulation. Let us clear out the space and get everything to where it belongs. First, we will deliver all items that are being kept by family and friends to anywhere in the country. Next, we will go through and find the items that can be sold to bring the most profit possible to you or the estate. We then donate all that we can to the many charities we work with, providing a tax slip and a listing for those items donated. Finally, we cleanout the less valuable items and do our best to be “green” and recycle all metals, plastics, glass and paper products, with one of our many partners so we can keep as much out of landfills as possible.
